Problems with The Witch DVD

According to VLC, Titles 26 and 33 are the correct ones, but they don't show up in the list after MakeMKV analyzes the disc. It says they are added in the log, but they aren't there in the GUI. See log snippet below and attached full log:

Does this mean it's just not going to work?
