I dont understand what im supposed to type in this XX[:[yy,yy,yy-yy][;yy]]

This is the info that pops up when i open the disk manually. This is the second copy of a brand new movie, definitely not scratched or a disk issue. Is there possibly a HK for this movie somewhere?

Hi

I am not entirely certain what you are trying to achieve, however, the DVD Manual mode allows you to take say a title and split it in to a number of separate MKV files.

The
XX[:[yy,yy,yy-yy][;yy]]
is the format used to tell MakeMKV's how you want to split any given title(s).

So for example, if you take your listing
58: 23/1 - 17 chapter(s) 1:56:09 23 cell(s)
, you can split title 58 in different ways;

To create a single MKV file with just the first chapter you would enter:

58:1

To create a single MKV file with just the first five chapters you would enter:
58:1-5

(or you can also enter for example 58:1,2,3,4,5)

To create multiple MKV files separate your entries with a space, so to create three MKV files, with 5 chapters each, enter:
58:1-5 58:6-10 58:11-15

(or you can also enter for example 58:1-5 58:6,7,8,9,10 58:11-15)

Hope this helps.
