Lip out of sync in Fantastic four DVD

After 40-45 minutes (about half of the film) the lip sync gets unaligned. About the same time I see a short video-glitch. Could be a problem when the film change layer (DVD DL).

It could also be a lightly damaged or dirty disc. Try cleaning it...
