makemkv doesn't see the first part of the DVD

Post by Virago »

I have a DVD of a TV show. It has 8 shows on it from that season. I am trying to transfer it to my computer (I guess it's called Rip?). I got show 2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8 but it doesn't see show 1. I play the DVD on my tv and there's the first segment but not when I use makemkv. I tried to open it manually and it still doesn't see the first segment. Any help will be greatly appreciated. And as you can see, I don't know a lot of the computer lingo so if you can help me using plain language, I would love it :)

Title numbers are zero based; have you tried asking for title zero?
