The Backup doesn't play do to BDJ errors, plays the FOX fanfare but then goes to the red screen. As this is the first error I'm reporting unsure what I'm supposed to provide so any help would be appreciated.
found the BDJ thread below about what to archive up and mail a link. did that, hopefully that helps.

got around it in an ugly way by editing the properties file to skip the bd+ check. dont think that's correct in practice, but worked for me here.
