So I a movie which has a structure like this:
BDMV(Contains all the "normal" files and folders that BD disc is supposed to)
MAKEMKV(Constains folders AACS(there are files inside), BDSVM(there are files inside) and a file called discattd.dat)
I burned these two folders to a disc root, the burn was 100% successful(verify etc.), but still when I put the disc in to my brand new Sony UBP-X800 player, the movie will not play.
The player detects the disc as movie disc, but when push play, the screen goes dark for awhile and then just returns to the players "desktop menu".
Do I have to do something to the file structure before I burn it to a disc, or is there another "hoop" I need jump through before burning?
I am asking because I have already burned maybe 30+ movies to a disc, and I have never seen a disc file structure like this, and all of my previously burned discs work.
