cant copy the joneses BD 2 mkv

sent log files to svq@makemkv.com@ end of july, when will auto svq be ready?

1) What is the specific problem you're having?

2) What version number of MakeMKV are you using?

The latest version of MakeMKV, 1.5.8 should open any BD+ disc without the need for any svq.
