American Gangster (US Retail Amazon) - disc error - AV sync issue [SOLVED]

Has both the unrated and theatrical versions on one disc. The attached zip is for the unrated version. Both versions of the movie play fine on an Xbox One. Just want to know if it's disc errors or something else causing the issues.

Did MakeMKV say it couldn't save the file?

AV sync messages are common on disk where multiple "cuts" exist, and they're more "informational" message than "must do something about" errors.

If you're using version 1.12.3, pull down the 1.12.2 version and try that. https://makemkv.com/download/old/

yep, it worked with 1.12.2. Still AV Sync errors in the log, but it saved successfully and could be played afterwards. Attached is the log. thanks.

Confirmed bug in 1.12.3 . It fails (for subset of BD discs) if any subtitle track is selected.
