Unable to rip 5.1 or 7.1 audio off of blurays

I've been unable to rip off just the 5.1 and 7.1 tracks off of several blu-rays (POC - Dead Men Tell No Tales, Lone Ranger, White Christmas, and several others). I can rip the 5.1 audio with a DVD. And it's just the audio that's a problem - no issues with the video. Could that still be an indicator of the Blu-ray drive having issues?

What audio tracks are selected in the expanded title view? If the Blu-ray can be read, there is no reason why tracks should not be copied.

Did you verify your assumption with f.e "MediaInfo"?
