Audio track speaks stage directions?

I've had this happen on the last few movies I've tried. Specifically the more recent marvel movies. After a rip the audio will essentially be what I'd expect the normal audio for the movie to be in the background somewhat softened while over the top it's like listening to the stagehand speak directions. They will literally say things like "Iron man raises his fist and slams it into the ground." Does anyone know how to make this stop so i can just pull the actual Movie audio and leave this garbage out?

Did you select only one audio track when ripping? The track you're listening to is the "Descriptive Audio" track, and NOT the main movie track.
