Problem with Sicario Soldado BR

Once makemkv has ripped the Bluray I find a lot of around 33G files : more than one hundred.When I select one of them makemkv makes its job well and the vlc allows me watch the picture.But then it happens the film has been altered by changing the time order,I mean a part of the end appears at the beggining.
I've tried with different files of the 33G kind and never got the correct timing.
I'm using the last makemkv 1.14.4.
I've never seen anything like that.
