Shazam! (2019) - Not Ripping

Not able to rip with current version of MakeMKV. Any ideas?

Thanks Woodstock. With the FAQ and digging around some found that it was actually a "Read Error". Checked out the disc and it does have a sizable scratch on it.
Really appreciate the heads up as I am a noob. Thanks!

No problem - scratches don't even have to be big on bluray to be obnoxious.
I really hate it when a multi-disk set arrives and the case has been shattered, and one or more disks have "rolled around" inside, up against the shards... Last time that happened, it was FORTUNATELY on a DVD set, and I was still able to rip it with a DVD reader. BD lasers do NOT like that.

I'm also having trouble ripping the disc. Mine is a Redbox disc I purchased. It is only gathering the deleted/behind the scenes and not the main feature. I've ripped about a 25 discs with MakeMKV, but this is my first rip with the new version.
