Please provide a Debug Log (see my signature)

Is MKB_vxx_xxxxx.tgz file for this title in your "C:/Users/xxxxx/.MakeMKV" folder?
What is the AACS Version? You can see it if the disc is deteced by MakeMKV over the spinning disc icon under "Protection AACS vxx"

AACS v72

This disc uses newer version of AACS protection. Please let us know about it by visiting http://www.makemkv.com/...
Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\chris/.MakeMKV/MKB_v72_Dora_and_the_Lost_City_of_Gold_324C.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

Did you click on the link provided, or otherwise send the MKB_v72_Dora_and_the_Lost_City_of_Gold_324C.tgz file to svq@makemkv.com?

AACS v72 came out after 1.14.5 was released, and decrypting it right now requires an update that MakeMKV can normally download on start-up. There should be information about whether or not that update is being loaded in the log window, after you start opening the disk.
