Retail Blu-Ray combo pack bought from BestBuy confirmed with ProcMon that 442.mpls is the accurate title.

Update 2: I checked the transitions from the end of each segment to the start of the next, and the following seems to be correct. The scenes flow together at least. So 00619.mpls appears to be correct for Netflix

Update: Ignore everything below this point, except for reference. Running through the individual files with VLC, segments 504 and 506 seem to be superflous and out of place.
