I have the German disc and MakeMKV returns two relevant titles for the movie:

Name: NON-STOP (English)
Source file name: 00021.mpls
Duration: 1:46:04
Chapters count: 10
Size: 19.9 GB
Segment count: 1
Segment map: 21
File name: NON-STOP_t01.mkv

Title information
Name: NON-STOP (English)
Source file name: 00022.mpls
Duration: 1:46:03
Chapters count: 10
Size: 19.9 GB
Segment count: 1
Segment map: 22
File name: NON-STOP_t03.mkv

So both versions of the movie are in two separate MPLS files making it hard to find the right file.

The audio tracks are the same:

How can I find out in which frames the video streams differ? Is there something like a "video frame compare"-Tool out there?

I found the difference by playing both MKV files parallel in VLC. At around 15:00 the smartphone shows german text with file 00021.mpls and english text with 00022.mpls.

Regardless of that I still like to know if there is a tool that helps in such situations.
