spiderwick chronicles issue

I am having a problem with spiderwick chronicles, although makemkv reports a succesful rip the film stutters badly on my popcornhour similar to the issues when film is in vc-1 format. Looking at the folder structure in explorer I cannot see the large 28GB file for the main feature, nor is it seen by tsmuxer although it is found by makemkv. I havent seen any other issues reported about spiderwick chronicles so am a bit lost to say the least. Has anyone else managed a succesful backup of this bluray?

Are you (as you should be) looking in the "Stream" subfolder of the "BDMV" folder?

I cannot see the large 28GB file for the main feature, nor is it seen by tsmuxer although it is found by makemkv.

Then it's a concatenation of multiple files. You can get a 28GB M2TS file by starting the streaming server and downloading the file. Or convert the MKV with handbrake.
