The Best of CGR 1999-2014

It rips normal at the start, but when it gets to the middle it slows down.
By the time It gets to 40gb, the drive stops ripping it. It seems to be something with MakeMkv as no matter what port I use, the issue remains and the drive can rip other blu rays just fine.

Ok, here's what I found out.
It seems to be an issue with my drive.
I have an external enclosure for one of my drives, and it's not playing well with makemkv.
When I use a sata drive, it works fine and rips it.
My guess for a solution is to have Makemkv with an alternate mode for USB 3.0 drives/enclosures in case they slow down the ripping process making it unable to continue the rip like it did with mine.
Just an idea at this point though.

The plot thickens...
I tried ripping on another drive and computer to test and it seems the issue with the USB drive is happening with that drive and computer as well.
Perhaps MakeMKV is looking for something the disc doesn't have.
Handbrake seems to not have any slow down issues or problems ripping the disc interestingly enough.
I'll try sending my reports to the MakeMKV email support to see if they can figure out the problem cause it could be bigger than I thought.
