Which one is the right mpls movie, there are 2 (00201 and 00202) on the blu-ray Redbox version?

You're missing one.
Disney discs always have three, in this case...200.mpls, 201.mpls(French titles/credits) & 202.mpls(Spanish titles/credits)
I've also seen 800.mpls, 801.mpls & 802.mpls on some.

You are right, may bad. There is also a 3rd playlist - 200.mpls. There is no 800.mpls, or 801.mpls or 802.mpls.
Are you saying that the 200.mpls is the right one? Is this always the case that in the absence of the 8xx.mpls lists the 200,mpls list is the correct one?
And for discs that have the 800, 801 and the 802 lists, is the 800 is always the correct one?
