AV sync errors on X-Men bluray

Gentlemen
I'm trialing MAKEMKV 1.15.1 on win 7 64 bit, 4 core i5 8 gig system with an external blu-ray player. I've been able to ripe other blurays with no issue. For some reason this X-Men collection i've brought the main movie is always scrambled. Here is the output from the Info window:
