Dr Sleep has no audio while playing back (Red Box Bluray)

I was able to back up Dr Sleep bluray with no issues. While playing back, I noticed there was no audio. What did I possible do wrong and how can I fix this issue?

I assume that your equipment does not support DTS tracks.
