Need some help with a 4k disc

Hello,
This is the first time we bought a 4k BD, in the past, I just update makemkv and do open, now, I had to purchase a new drive, update the firmware. I tried to open the file using VLC and makemkv, we could play the video for 1:30 then, the video froze and I had to stop. Tried to make a rip out of the BD but now makemkv is returning this:

Well updating the fw was a mistake if that was a pioneer your ruined it sadly as old ones are rare and can't be downgraded

The hash errors can only be fixed by cleaning the disc or replacing it or cleaning the drive

The hash errors can only be fixed by cleaning the disc or replacing it or cleaning the drive
I read the guide, I think I manage to flash everything in order, the disc is brand new. Purchased a new drive just for this disc.
But no, it was not a pioneer.
If it is a hardware issue, I'll just go buy another drive...

actually i think i know whats going on here there a bad batch of techpulse cases they may have been rebranded now as they swapped away after this issue but yeah the case does not pass through libredrive
