Contagion (US) Won't Rip to MKV

I have a copy of Contagion (US) from Warner that won't rip to MKV. It gets to about 106MB and then fails. I realize this hasn't been officially released yet, so heads up if anyone else has a pre-release copy.
Oh, I should mention that I am running the latest version of MakeMKV, 1.7.0 on OS X Lion 10.7.2.

Hi! so heads up if anyone else has a pre-release copy.
If you haven'r already done so, you should submit an error/debug log of the "pre-release" behavior...

Same problem here but with the official release. I use the latest version of MKV and I run on Win7

I don't know why but the dump file are not created. Where the dump file are created ? I have checked the option in preferences. The BD can be open it's only when i want to rip it stall at 117mb and no file created

Tried unsuccessfully to rip Contagion as well. Can't figure out how to send any dump files.

Until Mike updates the SVQ files you will have to wait. He is usually pretty quick about it.

I was also able to create an MKV and a full disc backup. However, I was unable to play the backup with TMT 5, like I normally am. I get an error that an update to the player is required. BD-J Error 001.

I had no difficulty using v.1.7.0 (with the new SVQ) to make a proper, playable .MKV from the U.S. Blu-ray version of "Contagion"...

whats svq? and how u get it does ti come with 1.7.0? i tried to rip undereworld rise of the lyacans and it goe revoked and ti a pretty old blu ray.
