The only MKV Tools listed there is for Mac though, so I dunno what the others are about.

The software I was referring to is, MKV Tools, NOT MKV Toolnix, (which is a completely different software. This is why in my first post, I said, "There is a software called MKV Tools, (not to be confused with another software called MKVtoolnix.")
