This software was original intended for the Mac, but someone did a port to the PC, (not sure who) and this was the only site that I could find that had a download link, (several of them.) Did you try all of the the download links?
I was afraid because they could contain virus.

Ok, I did some Googling. Is MKVToolnix the same thing? The first one listed here: http://en.softonic.com/s/mkv-tools

The only MKV Tools listed there is for Mac though, so I dunno what the others are about.

They're all different pieces of software.

http://makemkv.com/ <- MakeMKV

http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/ <- Mkvtoolnix

http://www.emmgunn.com/mokgvm2dvd/mokgvmhome.html <- MKVtools

The software I was referring to is, MKV Tools, NOT MKV Toolnix, (which is a completely different software. This is why in my first post, I said, "There is a software called MKV Tools, (not to be confused with another software called MKVtoolnix.")
Mac Pro 3.33GHz Intel Xeon 12 core (mid 2012)
64GB Memory
Mac OS X 10.12.6
Internal Blu-ray drive: BD-RE WH14NS40
MakeMKV v1.14.2 darwin(x64-release)
