Hello,
I have repeatedly tried to convert "Step Up 3 - Make Your Move" and "Resident Evil: Afterlife". During each try I've taken a different Blu-Ray, but without success.

You need to give Mike something to work from... What errors were encountered?
Turn on debugging (Preferences, General, Log debug messages) and post the logs generated for the attempts to convert the disks.

Oh sorry, your are right!
I have eventually ripped the Blu-Ray with AnyDVD. The following logs are created when I mounted the ripped ISO files and then had MakeMKV run over it.
MakeMKV_log_StepUp3.txt
MakeMKV_log_RE-AL.txt
