The file was emailed. Is it normal to be this large (37MEG) ?

The new SVQ worked. Thanks for the quick response. It must be a never ending battle

I really hope that necroposting is not against the rules here, I did read the FAQ and didn't see anything explicitly prohibiting it.

However, I've sent my dump over to the email and didn't get a response. My dump is the exact same as the one listed in this forum with the same alphanumeric after the title.

I'm wondering, did you get a disk-specific SVQ, or should it have been built into the program by now? I don't know if it's my drive causing issues or if I should look elsewhere.

If anybody is available to help, that would be awesome. Thanks!

With modern MakeMKV, you should not get a dump to send in for a regular blu-ray. It should just work. Can you copy & paste the MakeMKV log in here?

That's what I thought. So you want me to paste the log from the GUI, and not the dump, correct?

Is your drive flashed to be a LibreDrive? On the first screen of MakeMKV, right after it starts up, on the right is some drive info. You can post that here.

No worries.

It appears that your drive is not properly flashed to enable LibreDrive. If it was, the 'Status' would be enabled.

There's a post with instructions on how to flash your drive. Ultimate UHD Drives Flashing Guide

I can't say for certain if flashing your drive to enable LibreDrive will allow you to rip the disc in question. I don't have this disc. I also wasn't using MakeMKV back in 2012, so I don't know how it worked back then. I do know that these days, generally speaking, a modern LibreDrive capable drive can rip most discs without trouble.
