Goes on like this for several minutes and only saves 1 episode. Crushed... Successfully done on previous seasons.

The operating system is telling MakeMKV that it can't read parts of the disk. The fact that it read others usually means that the drive itself is OK, but you might want to clean it anyway.

Steps to take start with cleaning the disk in question. If it is a newly-purchased disk, exchanging it for another is an option.

On older disks, sometimes waxing them will give you a good enough surface to rip, But be careful of the wax you use; some use solvents that can attack the disk surface, and make matters worse. You want one that is compatible with plastics, so no alcohol or petroleum allowed.
