BD+ code error

Post by bgpargal »

I am getting an error message with my blu-ray dvd " The Heat " "BD+ code processed but no FUTs were obtained, errors may follow"

There are errors in the playback of the file. I downloaded MakeMKV version 185, re-installed MKV, re-registered and got the same results.

When you got the error message, there was a path to a TGZ file displayed. You need to send that file to svq@makemkv.com to have it analyzed, and Mike can update the SVQs that MakeMKV uses.

If the file is too big to email, you can use one of the free "drop box" services to upload it to, and send a LINK to the file to the email address above.

Got the SAME error on "The East", 2 different Blu Ray's and on SOA Blu Ray.
I did not however get the TGZ file... Will see if I can get disc and try again.

I get the same error with the JFK Blu Ray. The TGZ file that is produced is about 41mb big. I have sent it to you via my dropbox account and is waiting for a response from you.

MakeMKV version 1.86 has resolved this issue for me and JFK now rips o.k.
