These appear to be alternative language versions of the movie. I used the first segment set (00001.mpls with consecutive segment numbering) to rip the 2D disc in "English." Second set (00002.mpls) may be an "English" descriptive audio option in the "Language" menu. Third set (00003.mpls) is a "Spanish" video version and the fourth (00004.mpls) is "French."

Confirmed that 0003 and 0004 have text in other languages during the intro. Also not sure what 0002 is but it's in English. I ripped 0001. This is for the Redbox BD rental.
