I ripped last night with DVDFab, then used the online files to create the MKV. Worked perfecly.

Direct MKV still errors out.

Just watched the actual bluray and now I'm okay that I didn't waste precious hard drive space on it.

If you're waiting on an SVQ file, make sure that you've got "Allow contacting web server for updates" checked on the Preferences->General menu, and that your firewall allows it.

That applies to approximatly 50% of movie releases , although the dumber the subject matter the more popular a film seems to be with the newest generation .

Played this on a Pana bluray player mostly at 1.5x speed because you still have sound and it was still ponderous. As for special effects, well, the pillars of fire were cgi tornadoes and the parting of the Red Sea was mostly like draining it. God was a petulant 11 year old boy and it looked like Moses had nothing to do with the almost laughably portrayed plagues on Egypt. God told him to just "watch".

One of the reviews I read pointed out that the director is an atheist who felt no need to provide anything close to the Biblical account, so the story was changed as needed.

No FUTs for me, as well.

I have web server updates allowed. When opening disc, I see that it downloads new SVQs, it loads 34 of them. But then it tries to process the BD+ code using a generic built in SVQ, and then the no FUTs warning pops up.

Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

Same issue still exist. No FUT's, and i have auto-update enabled as well.

Can someone verify if this update was placed out there for the client?

Really, only Mike can verify that...

No, if anyone was able to successfully rip it, without error, then it pretty much tells us the updates are out there.
