I can't copy any of the 4 discs on the new Mad Max anthology. Anyone else having this issue or does anyone know why?

I just got the anthology today from Amazon.

The 1st disc (Mad Max) cannot be read properly. I got the errors below before I canceled the rip.

I ripped the 2nd one successfully (Mad Max Road Warrior) but I did get these errors when I started ripping the 2nd disc:
DEBUG: Code 4279336995 at 5Q45#y{(<sIV_|':121262877
DEBUG: Code 0 at ]K}<{g 5\^[xCzt/:29400163

The third disc (Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome) got these errors while ripping, but the rip appears to be successful.
DEBUG: Code 4279336995 at 5Q45#y{(<sIV_|':121262877
DEBUG: Code 0 at ]K}<{g 5\^[xCzt/:29400163

The fourth disc (Mad Max Fury Road) got these errors while ripping, but the rip was still successful.
DEBUG: Code 4279336995 at 5Q45#y{(<sIV_|':121262877
DEBUG: Code 0 at ]K}<{g 5\^[xCzt/:29400163

====
As a side note: I unblocked the RU TLD from my firewall and I was still getting the HK download failed. I am able to successfully resolve the DNS name. Looking into this further, it seems one of the destinations has been flagged as malware by my firewall vendor (Palo Alto Networks). I even created a rule specifically allowing traffic to the two DNS names I can identify (hkdata.fairuse.org and hkdata.crabdance.com). Even after creating the rule, the firewall would not allow traffic to the IP address. I went to the Palo Alto support site and tested both DNS names, it's the hkdata.crabdance.com name that's coming back as malware. See Palo Alto response below when testing the site:

URL: hkdata.crabdance.com
Categories: Malware
Category: Malware
Description: Sites containing or known to host malicious content, executables, scripts, viruses, trojans, and code

I ended up modifying the URL handling of my firewall and was able to get the HK download errors to stop, but it is important to note that the hkdata.crabdance.com website is still flagged as malware. Whoever maintains the site can try and have it reclassified by Palo Alto Networks by going here:
https://urlfiltering.paloaltonetworks.com/
Once you've tested the site and it comes back as malware, you can click on the "Request Change" at the bottom.

Even though Disc 1 looked perfectly clean, I took a microfiber cloth and cleaned the disc again. I was able to rip it just like the other 3. So even with the odd debug errors on all the discs, they did eventually rip just fine.

DEBUG: Code 4279336995 at 5Q45#y{(<sIV_|':121262877
DEBUG: Code 0 at ]K}<{g 5\^[xCzt/:29400163

Those two errors above were identical for all 4 of the anthology discs.
