WALL-E dvd shows up with 2 angles

Post by clasping »

When i try to rip the WALL-E DVD, it comes up with 2 angles for the main movie (in my case title 53) and the presto short on the same disc (title 79). I know that the default angle for both of those titles is angle 1. Does anyone know the difference for this disc.
FYI: This is for the region 4 Australian dvd. Not the region 1 US/Canadian release or the region 2 European release.

If it's like the region 1 version of the disk, the first angle has titles/credits in English, the second angle uses a titles/credits in a secondary language (we get French or Spanish, sometimes both). MakeMKV usually selects the first one.

I’ve tried all languages and the text is still in english. When i put the dvd in windows media player, i selected the other languages and it was still on angle 1 (the english angle).

The second angle is the exact same
Just ripped the second angle with handbrake and there is absolutely no difference to the first angle. Case Closed.
