Every disc hangs....Using direct disc access mode DEBUG: Code 03DF

All of a sudden every disc hangs @ :
"Using direct disc access mode
DEBUG: Code 03DF"

I have never had a problem before today.

NF discs, "A Simple Favor", "Venom", "The House With A Clock In It's Walls"
All hang at the same point and nothing seems to help.

Windows 10
MKV 1.14.2 (registered)
Reboot, Unplug, Disconnect....Nothing...Just hangs on every disc.

Was able to get all three started this morning. (Plays fine)
Took several minutes though before the mpls files started adding.
Thought it was hung again for a minute there.

MakeMKV v1.14.2 win(x64-release) started
Using direct disc access mode
Downloading latest SDF to C:\Users\gakee/.MakeMKV ...
DEBUG: Code 03DF
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Using Java runtime from C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_181\bin\java.exe

File 00003.mpls was added as title #0...........(etc)

i still get the debug 03df message but now the decryption of the first man blueray disc is going fine, weird how technology works sometimes.I would be happy to provide logs if mike would like them.kind regards

ok i will say on my end copying blu ray discs works I still get the debug error and hangs on uhd disc backups.i have tried erasing my current version of makemkv and reinstalling the latest version from the website.still no-go,im wondering if there is anything on my end i can do to fix the problem? ideas anyone?
