Fatal Error Hashed Keys COCO UHD

Post by cv15xbmc »

So I've been using a LG BH16NS55 version 1.02 with Make MKV 1.14.2.

So far I've managed to rip all UHD's relatively easy without troubles.

Mamma Mia kept on stopping 3/4 of the way through and said "Fatal Error" and then said something about hashed keys, but eventually it worked because I just kept trying it again and again.

COCO however, I've tried about 5 times already and it keeps failing sometimes 1/4 way through sometimes half or 3/4 of the way through and comes up with the same error. Any idea on why this might be?

There are two other discs I've had so far that couldn't even open; Fury and X-Men First Class, of which I sent the dumps through to Make Mkv.

Also, some UHD discs come up with 2 or 3 files that are movie size. They didn't use to do that, but they seem to be still ripping fine. It's just weird that several movie files show up.

There is a post literally a couple of post down from yours which may help:

viewtopic.php?f=12&t=18888

Try that first. Forum search function works/helps against specific errors to see if they have already been reported/discussed as well.

Regarding Fury read this:

viewtopic.php?f=12&t=17489&hilit=Aacs+2.1

Sending the dump to Mike for that disc will not result in support at this time.

For X-men if it’s the Volume key Unknown error then yes, wait for Mike to add it since you already submitted the dump.

I don’t know if this helps, but it just occurred to me I did what that post suggested and I completely a BMV back up instead of just owning the disc and choosing a file.

It extracted fine, but when I opened the BMV file of my HD to turn into a mkv it just kept on stopping a certain way through and said error.

So im not sure if the actual file is stuffed now?

Aussie X-Men First Class is also giving me the can't be decrypted message. This is also the 2nd disc to be replaced.

Apparently it will be fixed in the next hashed keys update.

Awesome. Hopefully it fixes this disc, and Crouching Tiger. My 2 last discs that I cannot make a backup of.
