Playback Error, Screen rainbows

My Blu Ray rips keep flashing this on the screen. I have tried several different discs with the same results. The movies play back mostly fine except occasionally something similar to this will flash on the screen.

What player are you using? How are you feeding the file to the player? Do the titles "rainbow" at the same place when you play them back more than once? If you pause before an area where you see this, does it not happen?

This looks a lot like screen ripping you get when the software isn't able to get the data fast enough to display the video in real time, OR they can't decode what they've received fast enough. Some software players will show a graph when they're not running in "full screen mode" of how much read-ahead data they have, and when the read-ahead gets below a certain level, the video is sacrificed to keep up with the audio.
